The mattifying facial essence is made with wheat germ oil, which contains a large amount of vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are necessary for normal to oily skin to be moisturized and nourished. In combination with water lily extract, it promotes healthy sebaceous gland activity, making the skin more matte, reducing oily shine.
